2. Description of Service

Analyzer PRO Suite is a social media analytics platform that allows content creators and businesses to connect their TikTok, YouTube, and other social media accounts to view statistics, trends, and performance data in a unified dashboard.

3. TikTok API Services

Analyzer PRO Suite uses the TikTok API to retrieve your TikTok account's public profile information (display name, avatar, follower count, following count, and video count) when you choose to connect your TikTok account. This data is used solely to populate your dashboard.

By using our TikTok integration, you also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Analyzer PRO Suite's access to your TikTok data at any time via your TikTok Settings under "Apps and Websites".

4. YouTube API Services

Analyzer PRO Suite uses the YouTube API Services to retrieve your YouTube channel's public statistics (subscriber count, video count, channel name, and handle) when you choose to connect your YouTube account.

By using our YouTube integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Analyzer PRO Suite's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Account Permissions page.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Analyzer PRO Suite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data provided is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analyzer PRO Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
