1. Overview

Analyzer PRO Suite ("we", "our", "us") operates analyzertr.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and profile picture (from your Google account)
  • If you connect your YouTube account: your channel name, subscriber count, video count, and channel handle

We do NOT collect passwords, payment details, private messages, or any data beyond what is listed above.

3. YouTube API Services

Analyzer PRO Suite uses the YouTube API Services to retrieve your YouTube channel's public statistics (subscriber count, video count, channel name, and handle) when you choose to connect your YouTube account. This data is used solely to populate your profile and auto-fill the YouTube analyzer tool.

By using our YouTube integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Analyzer PRO Suite's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Account Permissions page.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session
  • To display your YouTube channel statistics on the dashboard
  • To auto-populate the YouTube analyzer with your channel data

We do NOT sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

5. Data Storage

Your profile and YouTube channel data is stored in an encrypted session cookie on your browser. It is not stored in any external database. Sessions expire after 30 days.

5a. Browser Extension

  • Thumbnail Previewer: images you select stay in your own browser (chrome.storage.local) and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
  • Anonymous feature usage:the extension reports which of its own features you used (for example "outlier badges shown: 24 on the homepage"), together with a random install ID, the extension version and the interface language. These usage events do not contain page URLs, video IDs, channel names, search terms, or what you watch (the separate requests described below are the only times such values are sent). If you are signed in, these events are linked to your account so we can see which features paying and free users actually use.
  • Outlier badges:to calculate a channel's median views, the extension sends the public channel handles or IDs of the videos visible on the page to our server. The result is cached anonymously and shared across users; it is not stored against your account.
  • Tracked channels, saved videos and daily ideas:when you choose to track a channel or save a video, its public YouTube ID, title and statistics are stored in your account so you can see them on the website and receive alerts. Daily video ideas are generated once per day from your connected channel's public video titles and the channels you track. You can remove any item at any time from the extension or at analyzertr.com/kaydettiklerim.
  • Search suggestions:when you open a YouTube search results page, the extension sends the search term to our server, which asks Google's public search-suggestion service for related suggestions (Google receives the term from our server, not your IP address). The request is not linked to your account and we do not store search terms in a database; your IP address is used only for rate limiting. The term may be kept in a short-lived cache (up to 6 hours) and appear in standard server logs. The competition summary on the same page (median views, median age, outlier count) is calculated in your browser from the results already on your screen.
  • Video history:when you open a video while signed in, the extension sends that video's public ID to our server to look up its stored history (daily view counts and past titles and thumbnails). We do not store which videos you view in our database (standard server logs aside). History is recorded only for videos you save or whose channel you track: our server periodically reads their public view, like and comment counts, title and thumbnail from YouTube and stores them, including a copy of the public thumbnail image. This history belongs to the video, not to your profile.
  • Kick Sponsor Report:viewer counts measured while a streamer's Kick page is open in your browser are kept only in your own browser (chrome.storage.local, last 30 days, at most 30 measurements per channel) and are never sent to us. The report is generated on your device. To show a TL equivalent, the extension only requests the public USD/TRY exchange rate from our server.

This data is used only to improve the product. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of your browsing.

6. Data Protection & Security

We take the protection of your sensitive data seriously and implement the following security measures:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We do not transmit sensitive data over unencrypted connections.
  • Secure Session Cookies: OAuth tokens and user profile data are stored exclusively in httpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax session cookies, which are inaccessible to client-side JavaScript and protected against cross-site request forgery.
  • No Server-Side Storage of Sensitive Data: We do not store OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, or raw user credentials on any server or database. All sensitive session data remains in the encrypted browser cookie only.
  • Data Minimization: We request only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide our service (profile, email, and optionally YouTube read-only access). We do not access or store any data beyond what is explicitly listed in Section 2.
  • Access Controls: Access to any infrastructure or service configuration is restricted to authorized personnel only, using role-based access controls.
  • Token Revocation: You can immediately revoke all access tokens at any time via your Google Account Permissions, which invalidates our ability to access your data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth 2.0 — for authentication
  • YouTube Data API v3 — for channel statistics
  • Vercel — for hosting
  • Anthropic Claude API — for AI-powered content analysis

8. Your Rights

You can:

  • Log out at any time to delete your session
  • Revoke YouTube access via Google Account settings
  • Contact us to request data deletion
